[WIP] Improved FormPropertyWidget + FormSidebarWidget

Changeset #1:
- Refactored 'FormPropertyWidget' to support display properties (output configurable via "output_type" setting)
- 'FormPropertyWidget' defaults to "input" property output
- Swapped template tags for 'inputId' and 'input' with 'widgetId' and 'output'
- Decoupled form field label into its own template 'admin/property/control/label.ms'
- Added 'propertyIdent()', 'setDisplayName()', 'setLang()', and 'lang()' to 'AbstractPropertyDisplay'
- Modified various methods in 'AdminWidget' to support NULL values
- Updated usage of 'FormPropertyWidget' in other classes

Changeset #2:
- Refactored 'FormSidebarWidget' to support 'FormPropertyWidget'
- 'FormSidebarWidget' changes the default property output to "display" for 'FormPropertyWidget'
- Refactored 'admin/widget/form.sidebar.ms' to support form control properties
