Workspace support (#10)

* Add workspace support

Assumes that the workspace supports cargo test --all; most should do, except those with odd dependency conflicts (i.e. where cargo build --all would also fail)

* Rename inner lib.rs to disambiguate

UT was getting confused between lib.rs in the outer crate and the inner.
