Add clarity to some variables, changed default yield stress, updated docs (#22)

* Fixed failing tests

* Changed 'weight' to 'structural_weight' and added clarity in docs and comments

* Added aerostructural tutorial

* Changed default value of yield stress to be more realistic for aircraft aluminum. Added option for user to input displacements

* Slight changes to get analysis.py working with the new variable names

* Updated HW tips and fixed bug where inputted thickness was not accessed correctly.
