Add support for labels on the edges in following way:

For each layer2 link in the topology graph takes target TID node.
Uses interface sliding window metrics to calculate total bytes passed
through interface during the window period.

Depending on configuration window statistics reported by .yml parameter
analyzer.bandwidth_source:
- &amp;#39;netlink&amp;#39; sliding window of 30 sec calculated through interface
  statistics reported by netlink
- &amp;#39;flows&amp;#39; sliding window of flows captured on interface by agent plugins

Defines bandwidth as  &amp;quot;Total in/out bytes&amp;quot; during &amp;quot;window period&amp;quot; in Kbps.

Color of edge text depends on thresholds as % of link speed (default) or
absolute in Kbps:

2. active..warning - green
3. warning..alert  - yellow
