* Added tutorial step to run mix ecto.migrate for last migration

* Added on_exit call in tutorial test to remove all data

* Update test database doc for Ecto2

* Instructions should use Sqlite.Ecto2 adapter.

* Update docs for 2.0.0-dev.2
