Commit Message

Remove the Hyrax::SearchBuilder

This class is duplicative of what is already in
`app/models/search_builder.rb` so it only offers unneeded rediretion.

Also moved search bulders into the `Hyrax::My` namespace for those that
only show objects deposited by the current user.
