zephyr/modusocket: Wrap nbuf_get_info() call.

Unfortunately, this call changed between Zephyr 1.7 and 1.8, and different
information will be shown for each (using #ifdef). Otherwise, the idea to
be faithful to what underlying system returns, to not confuse C programmers.

Otherwise, the most important info it returns are numbers of free buffers
in different pools (rx/tx packet headers, data fragments).
