Work-arounds for LastPass interference for admins

Administrators are impeded by LastPass' autofill of passwords in new user
creation forms.  So the registration form must be able to define
input[type=text] initially, which class input-password triggers us to
eventually change back to a password field, presumably after LastPass is done
snooping (under normal conditions).

Field variable names must also not contain "pass" at all, so a synonym "token"
was created for this form only.
