First implementation of random order asynchronous (ROA) updating in
Boolean2Rules. Right now the ROA code is mixed in with the Gillespie
(GSP) updating code. I'd like to modularize it better in the future (not
trivial). Have also updated run_ABC_example.py to perform 1000
simulations each of GSP and ROA updating and generate plots of each for
comparison, and added 'booleannet' to .travis.yml.
