Update Registry and jsonschemas to specs-v1 (#136)

* removed unused jsonschema from tests

* added specs-v1 (whith ensurance it will be up-to-date)

* updated DataPackage, Registry to work with specs-v1

* removed old jsonschemas

* removed git submodule note from readme

* stop jsonschema dereferencing (it's already denormalized)

* updated version

* disabled py34 on travis for now (strange travis bug)

* Changed Registry ids to full form (e.g. data-package instead of default)
