Add support for mono repositories. (#147)

* Add support for mono repositories.

Also:

- Remove unnecessary refOverrides since it's no longer necessary.
- Invalid package name always throws.
- Invalid tarball now throws.
- Fix various lang typos.
- Remove unused fixtures.
