feat(strategy): use the `read_user` scope by default

The main purpose of passport-gitlab2 is user authorisation, which can
be done with read-only access to the user profile. Therefore, the default
scope requested by this module was changed from `api` to `read_user`.

BREAKING CHANGE: Requires at least GitLab 8.15 and enabled `read_user`
scope in your GitLab application configuration.
