Merge #463

463: Measurement Correlated variable fix r=hgrecco
When a ufloat (Variable) is passed to the Measurement constructor it would be used directly as the magnitude of the measurement instead of recreating one with same nominal_value and std_dev, this means that correlated variables are still kept track of through calculations using the Measurement class.
