Commit Message

Remove the requirement to pass the aws_account_id in and instead use a data source

Uses the STS API to fetch the AWS account ID of the caller.
Note that this then breaks if skip_requesting_account_id is set on the AWS provider and so breaks compatibility with any AWS API implementations that don't provide IAM, STS API or metadata API.
