BREAKING: Remove support for js-quantities in configuration schemas

... and a a custom validator for type="function" in the schema-validator

The `js-qantitities` are not supported anymore, but I believe that
no one will have used them up to now. (If there is at all anybody who
has been using this package in other projects than Bootprint or Thought)
