Limit pdftk to 512MB of RAM

The specs added here break usual conventions around mocking objects
not under the control of the test and calling private methods but
as the way the arguments are passed through is a litle unclear,
I wanted to be absolutely certain that AlaveteliExternalCommand
was receiving the memory_limit option as intended.
