- replaced JODA time and date types by JDK8 types
- introduced own time type Seconds, useful for configuration
- disabled built-in support for h2-console in Spring Boot
- replaced Camel XML configuration by Java configuration (thanks to issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-10109)
- used @MockBean
