[Drawer] Allowing percentages width (#6315)

* Allowed string for the `width` propType on the <Drawer/> component.
- Added test coverage for the <Drawer/> width propType as well.
- The purpose of this PR is to address Issue #6304

* Added consoleError for checking propType warnings.

* Added consoleError in the test setup.

* Modified width acceptance values and simplified to decimals instead.

* Reverting back to string percentages.

- Fixed the server side rendering issue.
- Expose a string `%` API
- Test for errors thrown
