Remove the UI (#316)

The UI has never really worked well, and doesn't load properly with more than a
small set of secrets.  The command line keywhiz.cli tends to be much more
useful.  None of the contributors or users of this UI are still involved in
this project, so it has been stagnant for a long time.

Additionally, an XSS bug was discovered, so this is certainly one approach to
fixing that.
