Implemented support for git grep (#34) (#107)

* General support for git-grep

* git-grep passes all tests

* Fixed exclusion patterns for git-grep

* travis: install git-all and echo git version

This way it will also run the git grep tests.

* travis: add apt repo for current git

* Run not-tests for git-grep

* More git-grep tests to increase coverage

* Even more git-grep tests to improve coverage

* Improve git-grep coverage

The other `dumb-jump-use-ag?` and `dumb-jump-use-rg?` use one line even though only

`(not dumb-jump-force-grep)`

is reached in them as well.

I'm doing the same to not lose coverage for newlines.

* Hit the last lines for coverage

* Get missing coverage line testing filter-no-start-comments

One filtering successfully and one yielding nil due to unknown language.
