Deduplicate two test cases for updateinfo.xml

The following test cases verify a published repository's
`updateinfo.xml` file:

* pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_updateinfo.UpdateInfoTestCase
* pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_upload_publish.UploadErratumTestCase

These test cases are redundant. They both upload an errata (or two) to a
repository, publish that repository, and verify that the published
`updateinfo.xml` file has the correct contents. Deduplicate them. Drop
`UploadErratumTestCase` and keep `UpdateInfoTestCase`.
