Add support for admin command on inputhost (#90)

* Add support for admin command

This patch simply implements all the relevant admin APIs
on inputhost to do the following:
(1) Unload a loaded destination
(2) Get a list of all the destinations currently loaded in-memory
(3) Get the state of a specific destination loaded in-memory

Also we wire the admin command for inputhost to do the
following:
* Unload loaded destination from an input
* Get destination state from inputhosts' memory
* Get a list of destinations which are loaded in memory

In order to do this we also had to expose a client for directly
talking to inputhost.

Tested this manually, locally.

* Make sure we count all incoming messages

This patch just makes sure we count every incoming message,
irrespective of whether it has been successful or not.
Also makes sure the batch API is accounted for as well.

After this we get an accurate picture of the number of messages
on this destination.
