Add Facebook control panel setting for showing/hiding the number of likes (#96)

* Add Facebook control panel setting for showing/hiding the number of likes.
By default the Facebook plugin still shows the number of likes.
Updated translation files and translated Dutch.

* Add tests for registry and upgrade step.

* Revert Updated file paths in the comments
from using an outdated reBuildPo script in the locales folder, the preferred script is included in the buildout.
Update missing Dutch translations.
