Refactor a lot of the boiler place code useful to both speechlets to utility methods

* The Speechlet classes were getting huge and difficult to trace execution, so this should help cut down on length and also set us up to have better separation between the Anon and Authed Speechlets while reusing the same code instead of duplicating it
