Advance to "Provide ownership based sandbox" commit. (#47)

* Advance to "Provide ownership based sandbox" commit of 12 Jan 2016 and related dependencies.

* Some tests come, some tests go.

* Looks like I guessed wrong on the db_connection commit.

* Pick up a few changes from Ecto and Postgrex of the time.

* Skip ahead to a known-good pair of db_connection and ecto.

Down to one failing test.

* Move a little closer to then-current ecto and db_connection.

Unfortunately, up to four failing tests.

* With new pool model, read and write transactions can overlap arbitrarily.

Traditional SQLite journals don't allow this, so we now need ot use WAL mode.

* Backport a test change that makes life ever so much better.

* Restore trailing space that needs to be in the hack-out-tests script.
