Remove gulp (#3)

* refactor(stepper.js): Change if in setSpeed to fix coverage.

Last else branch was nonexistent and reported as not covered by coverage reports.

* build(package.json): Add README.md to distributed package.

* style: Make Airbnb ESLint pass.

Style changes to make ESLint pass with aribb config.

* build(eslint): Add eslint script through npm.

Added eslint dependencies, configs and npm script to replace gulp one. Config is Airbnb + a few
modifs.

* build(npm): Remove gulp runner

All tasks done in NPM scripts. Added semantic-release. Added Commitizen.
