[TASK] Use property mapper to create form object in ajax validation

This way, the form object will use every Extbase feature like properties
auto-filling and mapping. For instance, a property bound to a frontend user
model instance will be filled if possible.

It also makes more sense, since the ajax validation will now act more like
server validation when submitting a form.
