Update vendor/ and fix go test ./...

There's a weird fluke where 'go test ./...' will run tests under vendor/ and if
one file in these packages uses an internal package, this test execution will
abort due to 'use of internal package not allowed'. Work around this by deleting
the file vendor/github.com/maruel/panicparse/main.go, as it was not used anyway.
