Added grunt-env to handle setting Node environment variables
Added grunt-injector to help import JS and CSS files to the layout index.html file. It also will correctly import Less and Sass files to the repective main.scss or main.less file
Added `server/config/secrets.js` to the gitignore file
Updated some JShint predef values to be globals instead
Added the ability to select requireJS or Vanilla JS when creating a Backbone Application
Removed routes subgenerator and created `routes.js` for both client and server.
Renamed all `home.js` files to `main.js` as it seems to make more sense
Added browsehappy comments to index.html, jade, and swig files to give a warning to users on IE7 or lower
Changed node `app.js` to `server.js` to avoid confusion with the client-side
Updated all JS files using browserify to be more consistant with `module.exports` usage
Updated `lib` folder to be named `server` as this is where all the node files will reside
Updated `settings.js` to be seperated into dev, prod, and default settings files that will now live inside the `server/env` folder
Fixed issue where compress middleware was getting called to late and causing errors in `express.js`
Removed JSON format from main.js controller as it should not be assumed that it is needed
Added more helpful comments
Formatted code to be more readable
