- allow digits after decimal point be optional
- support underscores in numbers
- allow options to be monkey-patched on to Quantity objects
- fix some issues in full precision mode
- add strip_dp option
- ranamed some options, arguments and methods
  - si -> show_si
  - units -> show_units
  - render_sf -> map_sf
  - fmt -> show_label
  - assign_fmt -> label_fmt
  - render_sf_in_greek -> map_sf_to_greek
  - render_sf_in_sci_notation -> map_sf_to_sci_notation
