* Add a presigned POST method to S3

* Add typescript definition test for presigned post method

* Add examples to the documentation, remove the special case for keys, and call out that all fields will be signed as exact matches

* Do not bind v4_credentials to global AWS object

* Cache derived credentials using an hmac of the AKID signed by the secret key instead of just by AKID

* Add TS test for presigned post url and fields

* Bind presigned post types to S3 and S3.Types namespaces
