dfellis
Adding in optimizations to map, push, and the handlerCallback, as well as an upgrade to async-cancelable-events to get queue-flow to be roughly equal in performance with async. This changes the behavior of the 'push' event to no longer be cancelable, but you should be using 'filter', anyways, for stopping push events between queues.
