v0.6.0: Auto-generate default/0 for modules generated using adhoc type module generator (i.e. TypeGen.nilable/1, list_of/1 and fixed/1)

This is a slightly breaking change in the sense that, when adhoc type module is used for a field definition of `Croma.Struct`,
`new/1` function (automatically generated) now accepts arguments without the field.
