Add `merge` option to schema (#47)

* feat(merge): Add `merge` option to schema

Now `template.json` supports a `merge` option, which must be an array.  Each entry in the array is

an array of `.json` files to merge together (using `lodash.merge`).  The first file in the array

will be overwritten with the merge result.

* docs(merge): document `merge` schema option

* docs(merge): fix markdown

* Update README.md

* refactor(merge): use extend(true, ...) instead of lodash.merge
