Price component (#18)

* Adds the files for the new Price component

Adds price.scss to the index.scss

Adds a few new variables for Price component

Changed default value to empty object

Improved coverage to be 100% on the Price component

* Adds the getDataAttributes() method to the _helpers

* Adds tests for the getDataAttributes() method

* Exported 2 new functions (addThousandsSeparator and ensureDecimalPrecision) on the price component

* Updates tests to match recent changes

* Adds the showDecimals to control if it should show decimal part or not

* Adds example without decimals

* Adds the tests covering the showDecimals

* Fixes comments to match the 'type' to be received on params of certain functions

* Improves (a little bit) code's readability by moving the JSX to it's own line

* Updates the code to match BEM in case of 'modifiers' being prepended with '_'

* Adds the support for 'size' attribute

* Updates the tests to cover the size attribute in non-default way

* Updates the code to add the size without verifying if it's set, since we have a default value
