NECB stipulates a minimum supply air flow of 2 l/s-m2 for each thermal zone. This was implemented before using the minimum supply air flow parameter for the zone before the sizing run. For some reason this was causing the wrong sizing of reheat coils for zones with low heating loads such as core zones. This implementation is now moved after the sizing run and the rule is implemented using the supply flow parameter of the zone instead.
