fix(middleware): use authenticator instance for check and getUser

auth middleware allows multiple authenticators to be used, the check method makes use of the correct

authenticator inside the loop, whereas the getUser method uses the default authenticator, resulting

in null being returned even if a user is authenticated

Closes #32
