Commit Message

Adding a call to the code that gets put into base/userimg.jl during the process of embedding ParallelAccelerator.  This call invokes the CGen_finalize() method that removes temporary generated files but the real purpose of the call is to force the transitively compilation of that method so that when it is triggered by atexit during the Julia build process that it doesn't cause a compile at that point because Julia isn't setup to handle compilation then.
