[BUGFIX] Recursively copy original child records' sorting values

This patch fixes an issue where internals of TYPO3 sets
an unexpected sorting value on child records because
child records are defined as IRRE but also exist as content
elements, which in combination seems to get TYPO3
confused, causing completely sequential sorting values
rather than the normal generously spaced sorting values
TYPO3 normally applies.

By recursively iterating through child records we fix this
incorrect sorting - at the cost of some additional SQL
queries when copy operations are performed.
