#77 #73 New system to run module external installation script

* Constant BFW_PATH has been removed. Use ROOT_DIR instead (like in your application).
* Execution of module Install script is runned after all modules install (copy files, etc).
* A part of BFW system is available (ex: constants and others modules).
* Install script is runned with an order defined by the module dependency tree.
