[FEATURE] Introduce option Fluidcontent.hidden (#368)

When used on forms as `<flux:form.option name="Fluidcontent" value="{hidden: 1}" />`
the form is skipped from content type selectors and the new
content wizard but remains posible to render (e.g. by forward
in a controller action, or by registering a custom CType).
