less erroring when submitting cuckoo feedback

It doesn't make sense for a debugging feature to provide even more
tracebacks & errors, so prune Cuckoo Feedback submission errors to the
log rather than actual exceptions. Don't call include_analysis() when
include_report_web() failed due to a missing analysis. Unit test the
expected behavior including a GET request with task_id field.
