- Each agent is connected to all the analyzers
so that they can answer to websocket request.

- Each agent elects a master anaylzer to :
  - forward the its topology
  - forward flows

- Each analyzer receiving topology messages from agent
  - stores then to the datastore
  - forward them to the other analyzers

- Each analyzer receiving topology messages from analyzer
  - update the their local topology cache so that they
    can serve the whole graph.
