Document events (#1008)

Add acceptance tests / docs and yardoc for events API

* Give our Events module more responsiblity for creating the bus

* Create event types in this package for all events

This will help make our API documentation better (because we can't
easily show the classes from other gems).

* Add feature for StepDefinitionRegistered event

* fixup! Add feature for StepDefinitionRegistered event

* Add docs for AfterTestStep event

* Add acceptance test for test step starting event

* Add acceptance test for test case starting

* Add documentation for test run finished event

* Keep RuboCop happy

@nodo I wonder if we should lose this rule altogether - it doesn't seem
to be compatible with yardoc comments. Or did I misunderstand something?

* Rename `Events::StepMatch` to `Events::StepActivated`

* Update StepActivated feature
