Expand the testing coverage using R as the reference (#414)

* introduce a new R script to generate reference testing data

* add rdistributions.R, which uses S4 classes to represent distributions

* use S4 objects in gender.R script

* Use R6 class for more elegant expression of distribution classes

* minor correction

* initialize() method uses '<-' instead of '='

* output quads & separate parseDistrs.R

* move R scripts to test/ref

* move testing list of distributions to test/ref

* add the R-tests for Beta, Cauchy, Chisq, and Exponential

* add more continuous distributions to R-tests

- Erlang
- FDist
- Gamma
- Normal
- NormalCanon
- TDist
- Uniform

* Adopt new test items to ref from latest master

* refactor R testing facilities

* New test framework is working with a subset of test cases

* support Arcsine distribution in R tests

* All discrete distribution test cases passed R tests

* add a number of continuous distributions to R tests

* Add BetaBinomial in R tests

* add cases from continuous.jl to R test list

* Frechet & Noncentral{Beta|Chisq|F|T} passed R tests

* Add Cosine, GeneralizedPareto, and Levy distributions to R tests

* Divide R implementations into multiple files

for convenience of version control

* refactor distribution constructors, remove parseDistrs.R

* Add readme.md for R references

* add the reference entry instruction to ref/readme.md

* Add VonMises to R tests

* remove duplicated test cases in test/continuous.jl

* Remove obsoleted Python references

* Incorporate generalized extreme value distribution to R tests

* add noncentral hypergeometric to R tests

* Add R tests for NormalInverseGaussian

* Minor changes to preserve distribution elem type in properties
