Add support for ScalarRef values in Controller 'include'

Raw/direct content can now be supplied in the form of a ScalarRef to the
'include' param of any asset controller, instead of only supplying a
file/dir path. The system simply takes these values and dumps them to
temp files which it then subsequently uses as the includes
