PyPoE.poe.file.dat changes; enums, more verbose errors, extra tests
* Support for enum fields in specification
* Errors are now more verbose (in particular for missing foreign keys) and show error numbers; the errors can be found as part of the SpecificationError class
* moved the magic number to module-level
* added many more tests for dat.py, in particular tests for RelationalReader and the various Errors
