Commit Message

Add PulpDistributionTestCase

The test case will ensure Pulp only published distribution files listed
on a repo's `PULP_DISTRIBUTION.xml` file which path is outside the
metadata directory. The published `PULP_DISTRIBUTION.xml` must no
include any extra file in the metadata directory from the original
repository.
