[BUGFIX] Ignore pageUid if using contentUids (#1221)

The $pageUid was used in the query, so the contentUids only worked with elements on the same page.

Changes:
If using contentUids the language and enableFields are included to the conditions.
Only if no contentUids are given, the colPos and the pid are included to the query.
