- Fixed TypeError raised in Mutator.getFactors() when attempting to sort
  fontMath MathGlyph instances under Python 3 (#66, c0c462e).
- Fixed test failure in mutator.py doctests under Python 3; the Mutator
  getAxisNames() method returns a set instead of a list (#68).
- Check if groupsSourceObject has the kerningGroupConversionRenameMaps
  attribute, don't rely on self.ufoVersion for this (869de49).
- Centralized the test suite runner: you can now use either `python setup.py
  test`, or `tox` to run the test suite (#70, #73).
